Executive Board Meeting Recap

The Executive Board met on April 20, 2024:

  • Keith Lauerhass submitted his resignation as Secretary of West Brach.

  • The Board voted pursuant to the By-Laws to appoint Charlie Parker to fill the vacant Secretary position.

  • The Board also voted to appoint Wendy Luby to fill the Trustee position left vacant by the the election of Philip Schillawski to President at the March members meeting.
