West Branch membership is now open for 2012.
Annual dues for 2012 are $150, plus a one-time $50 initiation fee. Do not send dues or fees with your application. You will be notified when your application
has been accepted, and dues and fees will be payable at that time, or at the Spring Orientation on Saturday, April 28th, 2012. Annual dues will be renewable at the Annual Meeting at the end of February, 2013.
If you'd like to start your membership at our April 2012 Orientation,
download our Application and Release Forms and send them in to the Bay Village PO Box.
Your application must be postmarked by Saturday,
April 7th, unless you've contacted us by phone or email before then.
However, we may have to cut off acceptance of applications before that deadline depending on volume, so we recommend getting your application in soon.

Most applicants are sponsored by a current member of our club. If you don't know anyone here yet, please
Contact Us by e-mail or written letter before sending in your Application. You will be
required to attend a live fire exercise immediately following the Spring Orientation, where you will demonstrate proficiency
in safe handling of firearms (not marksmanship).
You must submit both forms available from the links below, in order to apply.
Law enforcement officers and military personnel are not exempt from this requirement.
By signing our Application, you agree to abide by the Rules and Regulations and Bylaws of West Branch Rifle and
Pistol Club, and agree to all other conditions specified on the Application.
By signing our Authorization To Release Information, you agree to submit to a criminal background check, much
like the standard NICS check required to purchase a firearm. Your application will be denied if the background check
reveals any convictions that would prevent you from legally purchasing or owning a firearm.
The Application will be kept on file permanently. The Authorization To Release Information will be destroyed
when the background check is complete, and no confidential information will be kept on file by West Branch Rifle and
Pistol Club.
