If it still doesn't work for you, please CONTACT US. Our Customer Service Team (Carl) reports that almost 300 members have now registered for access. You should have no problem signing in there. (God willin' an' the creek don't rise....) If you do have a problem, just contact our IT Support Team (Carl).
To sign in, just click the Member Login link above. Then sign in with our 2016 Entry Code and your email address. If we find your email address when you sign in, you will go directly to our Members Only area. We keep only one email address on file for each member, so if you have more than one, and can't sign in, either try a different one, or be sure you spelled it correctly, or register a new one per the instructions below.
How To Register If we do not find your email address, you will be directed to a form you can use to register manually. Just fill out the form to send us the information we will need to verify your membership. Please be sure to spell your email address correctly, or we won't be able to get back to you! (It would be a good idea to include your phone number in the Message, in case the email address you provide doesn't work.) After we receive and process your information successfully, we will notify you by email that you have been registered and will then be able to access the Members Only area. Manual registration will take at least one day to complete. Please be patient while we process your request. If you have any problem using the registration and login process, please CONTACT US.
Our Junior Rifle Program
Our 2016 season ends on September 17th. New shooters will not be admitted to the final session. If you would like to join our program, please wait until the 2017 season begins in May. Please CONTACT US in April or May and request the required Parental Permission forms. We will send you the forms and answer any other questions you might have. You may also CONTACT US between now and then with any questions about our program.
The mission of our Junior Rifle program is to properly train young people in firearm safety and marksmanship. We believe that a working knowledge of safe and responsible handling and competent use of firearms is essential to everyone. There is no safety in ignorance!
Our program is available to all families who are US citizens. West Branch membership is not required. There are no range fees or other charges. We offer this program as a community service, to promote firearm safety and basic training in marksmanship.
Our Junior shooters range in age from 8 to 18. They must have written parental permission to participate in our program, and must be accompanied at each session by a parent or other responsible adult.
We provide the firearms (.22 caliber target quality rifles), ammunition, and other necessary equipment. Everyone should bring their own appropriate eye and ear protection, though we do have loaners available the first time you attend.
Our Junior shooters are trained by our team of NRA Certified Rifle Instructors and other experienced shooters. Their training begins with a thorough safety orientation, then they start out on the firing line in a carefully supervised bench rest position. Safety remains our primary concern, as our young shooters go on, at their own individual pace, to develop marksmanship skills in the four basic shooting positions. As they progress, they earn certificates and medals in the Winchester/NRA Marksmanship Qualification Program. Over many years, we and those who passed this responsibility down to us have trained hundreds of young shooters in essential firearm knowledge and skills.

We accept new member applications only once per year. Our 2016 enrollment period is now closed.
Our enrollment period for 2017 will open on or about November 1st, 2016. We will announce the exact enrollment opening date here on our website then. If you would like an application for 2017, please check back here at that time. Please do not request an applicaion before then. No applications will be sent out before the announced beginning of our 2017 enrollment period, and any requests made before then will be ignored.
Members, please do not copy and distribute our application forms. All application forms must be requested from our website. New applicants must request the forms directly from our website, or you may request the forms for them, but not until the next enrollment period is open.
